Olorun is led by professionals with more than two decades of experience supporting acquisition programs across the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense, spanning program management, cost and schedule analysis, systems integration, analytics, and governance.

Leadership engagement is direct and hands-on. Programs work with experienced practitioners—not layered staffing models—ensuring responsiveness, accountability, and continuity.

Mariama Bah is an acquisition and decision analytics professional supporting mission-critical government programs where operational urgency, technical complexity, and disciplined execution converge. Her work focuses on enabling high-consequence decisions through structured analysis, integration, and governance.

She holds a B.S. in Decision Sciences from George Mason University, an MBA from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Certificate in Innovation from Harvard University.
